Pulsatilla – this hives remedy acts best in cases of hives of gastric origin.  Hives with vomiting and diarrhoea

Rhus Tox – excellent hives remedy for the cases in hives with burning and itching which is better in warmth and heat.

Dulcamara – remarkable hives remedy. Hives over whole body, itching , burns after scratches; worse in warmth, better in cold, rash before menses.

Other important hives remedies are: Arsenic Album, Radium Brom, Astacus, Natrum Mur and many other remedies.

Allopathic treatment – mainly include antihistamines, h2 receptor antagonists, tricyclic antidepressant.
