I am trying to choose between homeopathic colleges specifically between moving to another part of the country (because there are no homeopaths or homeopathic colleges here) and taking an online certification course like BIH.
My concern with the on line curriculum lies that once I complete the instruction – actaully being able to get enough experience both clinically and practically to serve.
How do homeopaths trained on line get the practical experience necessary? There are no homeopaths here so a internship is unlikely.
Which is the best homeopathic college – for non medical students? There are so many and it is hard to determine this from a distance. Where can I find the best instruction? Best is defined as it has a good reputation in the field and the students get a good basic grounding.
I appreciate any advice. Thank you
Online study is helpful to get your basics understood. Later on you could apprentice with a senior homeopath for clinical experience.
The two good distance study courses that I know of are:
Misha Norland’s course and David Little’s course. Both give you a good grounding to get you ready for clinical work. You could email them and find out costing that suits you.
