“Repertory Expert,” is a reference book designed for the subject of repertory, with its first edition published in 2020. This comprehensive book encompasses all the essential information required for the subject, making it a valuable resource for students and practitioners alike.

One of its key strengths lies in its ability to condense a wealth of knowledge into a single volume, thereby saving time and effort in acquiring information from multiple sources. Particularly beneficial for examination preparation, this book addresses the challenge of understanding the intricacies of original repertories by providing clear and concise explanations.

With “Repertory Expert,” users can navigate through complex information with ease, making it an indispensable tool for anyone studying or practicing in the field of repertory.

Adaptation Of This Book:

The Repertory Expert book provides an excellent opportunity for both undergraduate and postgraduate students to delve into the study of repertory. Despite the abundance of original repertory and reference books, understanding them can be challenging.

This book, however, integrates all the essential features of original repertories in a more accessible and standardized manner. Its contents are meticulously organized, including sections like Introduction, Repertory, and Miscellaneous, making navigation easier.

Additionally, it offers a handy section called Repertory at a Glance, which aids in exam preparation by providing essential information such as publication year, editions, and the number of remedies.

Moreover, the word index facilitates quick access to specific terms.

With over 100 references from reputable textbooks and websites, this book is a valuable asset for students and practitioners alike.

The book includes a few pages at the end for taking notes, which can be helpful for jotting down important points.

Each part of the book is meticulously arranged, aiding scholars in understanding the content easily. The Introduction section covers basic information related to Repertory, with main headings and subheadings presenting key features in point form along with relevant examples for better comprehension.

The Repertory section contains over 70 repertories, including modern and computer repertories, arranged beautifully. It highlights important rubrics from each repertory and is structured to facilitate understanding, particularly for exam preparation.

Despite the difficulty many face in understanding original repertories, the Repertory Expert book encapsulates all essential features found in them.  Additionally, it offers insights into the working methods and gradation of each repertory, addressing the lack of availability of card repertories by providing detailed explanations for easy comprehension.

The Miscellaneous section covers various topics useful not only for repertory but also for Homoeopathic Materia Medica and Organon of Medicine.

  • I’m not sure if this is a repertory or a book about the repertory… if it has 70 repertories in it it must be huge, or else, has cut out a lot of rubrics or remedies…
