Homeopathy Approach to COVID-19 in Cuba
The news outlet Prensa Latina reports that a homeopathic medicine called Prevengho-VIR began to be administered in Santa Clara, Cuba to the elderly, as a measure to confront the Covid-19 in this province of central Cuba. Dr. Mirtha Rosa Hernandez, the head of Department of the Elderly, stated that the remedy is being dispensed to the elderly in an area which has 184,000 people over 60. The medicine is administered by doctors and nurses. She said, the remedy is to prevent respiratory diseases in this risk group, in addition to others such as dengue fever. This medicine can also be given to children under 10 years old, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and patients with liver disorders.

Dubai Health Authority: Forbidding essential tools?
“The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has instructed all health facilities in the emirate to temporarily suspend all alternative medicine services such as ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese needles, herbal medicine, Greek medicine, etc. “until further notice”. The DHA also stated that they’re also suspending the use of synthetic and compounding nutritional supplements.
New York hospitals treating coronavirus patients with vitamin C
Seriously ill COVID19 patients in New York state’s largest hospital system are being given intravenous doses of vitamin C — based on reports that it’s helped people in China. Dr. Andrew G. Weber, a critical-care specialist said his intensive-care patients with the coronavirus immediately receive 1,500 milligrams of intravenous vitamin C, which is re-administered three or four times a day. “The patients who received vitamin C did significantly better than those who did not get vitamin C,” he said.
Note: In China doctors are using up to 50,000 mg of vitamin C IV.

France’s Health Minister Lends A Hand to Pharma
Boiron pharmaceutical company, world’s largest producer of homeopathic remedies reported that it would cut 646 jobs in France, which is a fourth of its workforce in the country. The did this after French authorities reduced reimbursements for homeopathic remedies. Boiron Laboratories said it would close 13 of its 31 sites in France, including one of three production labs, following a 13 percent drop in French sales last year. The company had warned that jobs were at risk after the government cut the refunds paid by French social security from 30 percent to 15 percent this year, prior to totally stopping reimbursements in 2021.
France’s National Authority for Health (HAS) told the big lie last June that there was no benefit to homeopathy, and that “it had “not scientifically demonstrated sufficient effectiveness to justify a reimbursement.” Agnes Buzyn, the health minister made the decision.

5G AirGig: What is It and Should You Be Worried?
According to Dafna Tachover, Director of the Children’s Defense Fund’s Stop 5G and Wireless Harms Project, AirGig is a new technology developed by AT&T to transfer Wi-Fi and wireless data over power lines using 4G LTE and 5G millimeter waves. To date, AT&T has submitted over 500 patents and applications related to the AirGig technology, which turns existing power lines into transmitters.
She states: “AirGig will make it impossible to escape exposure to wireless radiation, even in our homes. AirGig will saturate our environment—every inch of it—with close-proximity, high-intensity radiation. The few relatively safer areas that still exist will quickly disappear.”

Three major insurers find danger from non-ionizing radiation
One of the largest insurance companies of the world Swiss Reinsurance Company (Swiss Re) classifies electromagnetic radiation into the highest risk class.
Lloyd’s of London and its underwriter CFC Underwriting Limited exclude any liability coverage for claims, “directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from or contributed to by electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation.
Austrian insurance company AUVA, sponsored a double-blind study on the health effects of electromagnetic fields from mobile phones. The study found:
- Increasing changes in EEG in the alpha spectrum, from about 5-10 minutes after the start of exposure and until 50 minutes after the end of exposure.
- Exposure to radiation from mobile phones causes a significant change in the rate of protein production.
Both these effects and DNA breaks occurred at low field strengths.

Veratrum album
I have often found Veratrum album useful for cardiac debility following acute diseases, when the heart muscles become so weak that the pulse is thread-like. The patient faints on moving. On lying down, the face is red; on sitting up, it turns deathly pale. Often you find the hands cold and clammy.
Symphytum
Symphytum officinale is the proper remedy for bone injuries. It may also be administered in case of irritable stump after amputation; and also for irritability of bone at point of fracture. If the latter condition is the result of impaired nutrition, Calcarea phos should be prescribed.
Veratrum viride
Veratrum viride is an invaluable remedy in those violent congestions which precede pneumonia. It may even abort the whole disease. It also produces oesophagitis, in which disease it may be indicated even when the disorder has arisen from traumatic causes. It is called for by the difficulty of swallowing and the fiery burning pains in the oesophagus.
Sabadilla
Sabadilla may be used with success in cases of imaginary disease. For example, the patient imagines that she is pregnant when she is merely swollen from flatus, or that she has some horrible throat disease which will surely end fatally.
Ranunculus
Ranunculus bulbosus is decidedly the best remedy for intercostal Rheumatism. It has sharp, stitching pains, and a sore spot in the chest, and these are worse from any motion (even breathing), pressure, or change of temperature.
Verbascum
Verbascum is to be thought of as a remedy for catarrhs or colds when they are associated with neuralgia of the face which appears quite periodically, generally twice a day, the same hour in the morning and afternoon of each day.

I have used Apocynum cann. in my practice for thirty years, and it has not failed me in a single case of anasarca, where the patient could take the remedy.
