Good Pharma Scorecard
Researchers from Harvard, Yale and New York University created the “Good Pharma Scorecard”, to shame pharmaceutical companies into disclosing the results of clinical trials. Published in the journal BMJ Open, it ranks Phamra companies on their transparency. They started this initiative after discovering that a third of clinical trials that led to new drug approvals were never disclosed to regulators in 2012. The pharmaceutical company Gilead tops the shame file. In 34 trials of one new drug, they only reported 8 of them. According to Bioethics International President Jennifer E. Miller, only 12 percent of Americans believe that pharmaceutical companies are honest and ethical.

Car Sickness
Cocculus is our most valuable remedy as a prophylactic against car sickness, or for sick headache caused by riding or reading in the cars. I do not recall a single failure with it when used in the 30th for two days before taking a trip on a steam railroad.
Injuries to Testicles
Conium is a valuable remedy for the testicles when they are enlarged and very hard, especially as the result of injuries.
Sciatica
Colocynth is a very valuable remedy in sciatica and is frequently indicated. The pains are extremely violent and paroxysmal, of a tearing, shooting or boring character, with relief from heat, pressure, and by flexing the leg on the abdomen.
Strangury
Pareira has constant urging to urinate, with violent pain and straining. Strangury, with ability to urinate only when on the knees and pressing the head against the floor. The urine scalds the whole length of the urethra. “A very valuable remedy

Fluoric Acid
In diseases of the bones, Fluoric acid follows well after Silica and is especially indicated when the latter apparently does some good but fails to complete the cure.
Kreosotum
Kreosotum is a valuable remedy for difficult dentition with dark, infiltrated gums. The child is very restless and of course cries. The teeth, when they do appear, show dark specks on the surface, soon grow black and crumbly and begin to decay.
