I feel you have not studied homeopathic philosophy in detail so far. Your views are ..confused and based on incomplete facts.
Miasms do not ‘attack’ in the sense you have used the word. It is in general considered as a predisposition – inherent or acquired. You can read this article for some more details –

The concept of Psora originating from negative thinking is baseless. All diseases start with the weakness of vital force – not just Psora. And vital force is primary. It is considered autocratic, that is, it is not governed by anything else.
Please study more before asking such questions.
