If higher potencies are rarely used in Homoeopathy, and as per Hahnemann told these higher potencies can be used only in the primary manifestations of psora, syphilis and sycosis, then how came the 50 millecimal potencies are being used widely now a days along with repeated doses. I will be thankful to you if you configures about my confusion.

According to Hahnemann’s own instructions in the Organon, high potencies in the centisimal scales were not to be repeated often because of the possibility of aggravations. Over many years, Hahnemann himself found that this was a tedious and time consuming process for the cure of chronic diseases. Over time, he developed the 50 Millesimal scale of potencies wherein though these potencies are ‘high energy’, they are very gentle in their action. If used according to Hahnemann’s instructions, they can be repeated even on a daily basis when necessary. This speeds up the cure. For more details, please refer to the Organon, 6th edition, which was Hahnemann’s last Organon.

Hi to repeat daily with the LM potencies the primary and secondary actions of the drug would have to happen in one day, hence Dr Hahnemann said with some sensitive individuals give every two days . I as a hypersensitive use on myself say 5 or 7 doses say LM 1 then let it run its course. I usually feel this collective dose for some weeks even using the 2nd 3rd 4th glass method. I will in future try moving up to the 6th 7th or 8th glass, as I said I am a Hypersensitive thanks
