I am from kolkata,My wife paromita pal age 23,weight 74, height 5ft 3inch, has been suffering from ITP for last six monhs (low platlate count), bleeding different part of the body. all conventional treatment failed including spleen operation. she is very polite, practical,symtoms repetedly worse & good, like summer & cold drinks. feel bad in winter, like egg, meat, sweet, but dislike fish except prone. she had been suffering from fever for two yrs after one months interval. plese give some remedy & reply.

Although the symptoms you have given appear characteristic but without a personal consultation, I can not judge the value of each symptom. Plus if your wife has started suffering from ITP since only past 6 months, there should be a lot more to probe to identify the precipitating factors. Of special interest is the history of fever. Your wife seems like a curable case to me but I can not suggest a remedy solely on the information provided by you. I would suggest a personal consultation with a good homeopath.
