If a person is taking a constitutional remedy and various emotions are coming out eg anger, depression, restlessness, insomia how long does a patient endure this and say it is a release and part of the treatment or should he contact his homeopath?

You would realize that the homeopathic cure needs to be ‘gentle’. And if it is not, then there is something wrong with your remedy selection or posology. The return of old symptoms is always transient and very mild, if your prescription is the simillimum. If that is not the case then you should sit with the patient once again and see what you have missed during the first consultation.
